We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank first, then contact us.
